Tourist Tax (government requirement) rates vary throughout the year.
Optional pool heating charge £200 per week.
A £300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This is charged as an additional payment during the booking process. As stated the deposit is refundable and this will be processed once the property has been vacated and checked, on the day of departure by our maintenance team. (See full terms for details.)
